After almost 7 months of crappiness, I managed to find me a new position at work. I had regrets since day one I accepted my current job–mostly because I didn’t get a pay raise to do something that’d require me to do. And then my then boss was a bit mean. I was happy when he decided to leave the company. Right at the same time, 2 new positions open up. I decided to apply. Then we got the news that we have a new manager (not a new face, he used to be the manager for the other group in my company). This was about 6 weeks ago. My new boss has made everyone’s life a living hell ever since he started day 1 of his career in our group. I’ve had sleepless nights before. I had crazy days. There were days when I felt so so so distressed and pressured. I thought I had lost my sanity.
Then I got the job.
Now I am happy. I don’t have to deal with my nasty boss anymore. I find happiness back.
